Titan-Sized best fits a proactive Beast Druid deck built with a dense Beast package, especially handbuff or token-leaning lists that want to curve into several cheap Beasts after refilling; it is also valuable because the draw can consistently find a key minion when the deck contains few or no non-minions. At two mana, “Draw a minion” plus a potential board-wide-in-hand +2/+2 is exceptionally efficient, making it stronger than broad but smaller hand buffs such as Mark of the Wild-style effects and generally more impactful for Beast decks than flexible cantrips such as Aquatic Form, though it is worse in Druid lists without enough Beasts in hand. It should absolutely see play in any competitive Beast Druid archetype, and may need careful deckbuilding restrictions or a higher cost if it proves too consistent.
