While Arcane Quiver can provide value by discovering a spell and potentially buffing it, there are other cards like Zul'jin or Vereesa Windrunner that offer more impactful effects for a similar cost, making them better options in most cases. However, for a deck specifically built around Arcane spells and spell damage, Arcane Quiver could see some niche play.
