Expedite would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent. It provides a temporary boost in speed by granting haste to a creature and replaces itself by drawing a card. While Expedite is a decent card for its low cost and immediate effect, there are better options like Crash Through, which also grants trample, or Warlord's Fury, which replaces itself with a card draw and grants all creatures haste. Overall, Expedite could see play in certain aggressive decks looking for cheap ways to maintain momentum.
