A deck that focuses on flooding the board with small minions and has ways to generate additional mana would benefit from using Forbidden Ritual. However, there are better cards like Imp-losion that provide a similar effect with potential for additional benefits like dealing damage to the opponent's minions. While Forbidden Ritual can be situationally useful, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to the availability of more efficient options.
