Seeding Dragon fits best in a slower, midrange or control Druid deck that wants defensive tools while maintaining value generation, especially Dragon-synergy or ramp-style builds that can capitalize on discounted high-cost Dragons. The 4-mana Taunt body helps stabilize against aggressive decks, and the Deathrattle provides tempo and value by discounting a future Dragon, making it more appealing in lists that actually run multiple Dragons or benefit from hand generation.
