About Time Out
Time Out, Instant, designed by Dave Allsop first released in May, 2020 in the set Unstable and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Time Out, could benefit control decks looking to temporarily remove a threat from the battlefield while also potentially disrupting the opponent's draw. However, there are better alternatives such as Unsummon or Cyclonic Rift which offer more consistent and immediate removal options. Time Out may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its reliance on chance and the availability of stronger removal options.
