This Corpse Raiser card would be a great fit for a Deathrattle-focused deck in Hearthstone, as it allows for powerful synergies with minions that have strong Deathrattle effects. While it can be a strong addition to such a deck, there are other cards like N'Zoth, the Corruptor, which can provide even more value by resummoning multiple Deathrattle minions at once. However, Corpse Raiser could still see play in decks looking to maximize Deathrattle effects and board presence.
