This card, Provoke, would be beneficial in a green deck focused on creature control and card advantage. It can disrupt your opponent's combat strategy by forcing a creature to block and also provides card draw, which is valuable in maintaining hand advantage. While Provoke is a solid option for such a deck, a similar card like Prey Upon might be more efficient in terms of mana cost and immediate removal of a target creature. Provoke could still see play in decks looking to capitalize on its unique effect and card draw potential.
