About Sinestra

Sinestra, Minion - dragon, designed by Alex Stone first released in Feb, 2026 in the set CATACLYSM.

Sinestra in Rogue would fit best in a **Burgle/Thief Rogue** deck, since those decks generate and play spells from other classes (via cards like *Swashburglar*, *Reconnaissance*, *Jackpot!*, and *Maestra*-style effects in Wild), making her text—“Your spells from other classes cast twice”—a potential value engine; doubling removal, burn, or board clears from other classes could swing games if you high-roll powerful spells. However, at 6 mana, she would likely be slow and inconsistent compared to more reliable payoff cards like *Wildpaw Gnoll* (tempo), *Tess Greymane* (mass replay of other-class cards), or strong neutral/rogue finishers that immediately impact the board. While the Colossal +2 body helps with board presence, Rogue generally prefers cheaper tempo swings or combo finishers rather than a midrange value dragon, so unless the meta is slow and spell-heavy, this card would probably be niche and not a staple, with Tess or other dedicated payoff cards usually being the better choi
