Demonic Vigor would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a black sacrifice or reanimator deck. While it provides a small boost to the enchanted creature, its real value lies in the ability to return the creature to its owner's hand upon death, allowing for additional triggers or reuse of enter-the-battlefield effects.
