Holomancer would be a great addition to a control or tempo deck that aims to disrupt your opponent's board presence. It can be particularly effective against decks that rely on powerful minions, allowing you to generate additional threats and potentially overwhelm your opponent. However, there are better cards such as Faceless Manipulator or Mind Control that offer more immediate value and flexibility in terms of copying minions. Holomancer may not see widespread play in competitive decks, but it could be a fun and unexpected tech choice in certain situations.
