This card, Sinister Soulcage, would benefit a Deathrattle-focused deck that aims to flood the board with Undead minions. While the ability to summon a copy of it by spending 5 Corpses can be powerful in the right situation, it may be too slow for more aggressive decks. Cards like N'Zoth, the Corruptor or Cairne Bloodhoof could be considered better options for similar effects, but Sinister Soulcage could still see play in a slower, more value-oriented Undead deck.
