This card would benefit a Mech-heavy deck in Hearthstone, as it can help reduce the cost of other Mechs in your hand, allowing you to play them earlier and gain tempo. While Galvanizer is a solid card for Mech decks, there are better options like Mechwarper which reduces the cost of all Mechs by (1) and is more widely used in Mech strategies. However, Galvanizer can still be a useful addition to a Mech deck depending on the specific strategy and card pool.
