Apotheosis can be beneficial in a Control Priest deck that focuses on sustaining and healing through the mid to late game. While it provides a decent stat boost and Lifesteal to a minion, there are better options like Power Word: Fortitude or Power Word: Shield that offer more immediate value or card draw. Apotheosis could see situational play in decks looking for additional healing and survivability, but it may not be a staple card in most Priest decks.
