About Slow Motion
Slow Motion, Enchantment — aura, designed by Todd Lockwood first released in Feb, 1999 in the set Urza's Legacy.
A control deck focused on tempo and disruption would benefit from using Slow Motion in Magic: the Gathering, as it can help slow down aggressive creature-based strategies by forcing opponents to pay extra mana to keep their creatures on the battlefield. However, there are better options available such as Imprisoned in the Moon which can permanently deal with threats, making Slow Motion a less optimal choice for competitive play, but it could still be a fun and flavorful addition to a casual deck.
