Lie in Wait, Spell, designed by Alex Stone first released in Jun, 2025 in the set The Lost City of Un'Goro.
Lie in Wait could benefit a Rogue deck that focuses on card draw and fatigue strategy, as shuffling cards multiple times can help thin the deck and increase the likelihood of drawing key cards. However, the Quest requirement may be slow and it may not fit well in most competitive Rogue decks. Cards like Academic Espionage or Togwaggle's Scheme may be better options for card generation and deck manipulation, so Lie in Wait may not be the best choice for most competitive decks.
