About Migrating Elekk

Migrating Elekk, Minion - beast, designed by Kleston Marques first released in May, 2026 in the set CATACLYSM.

Migrating Elekk would fit best in a slower, midrange or value-oriented Hunter deck that plans to play multiple **Animal Companion** spells over the course of the game (such as in Standard formats where Animal Companion is generated or discovered repeatedly), because upgrading future Animal Companions into increasingly expensive random Beasts can snowball long-term value; however, traditional Face Hunter or aggressive Beast Hunter lists would likely find it too slow, since a 3-mana Taunt with delayed payoff doesn’t pressure the opponent immediately.
