Wailing Vapor would be a great addition to an Elemental Shaman deck, as it synergizes well with other Elemental cards by gaining +1 Attack each time an Elemental is played. While there may be other stronger cards in terms of immediate impact or value, Wailing Vapor's ability to snowball and become a threat over time makes it a solid choice for decks focused on Elemental synergy, especially in the mid to late game. It should definitely see play in decks looking to capitalize on Elemental synergies and maintain board presence.
