AI: The Blood Troll Sapper would be a great addition to a Warlock Zoo deck that focuses on flooding the board with low-cost minions and applying constant pressure on the opponent. However, there are better cards like Flame Imp or Kobold Librarian that provide immediate board presence or card draw. While the Blood Troll Sapper's effect can be impactful in the right situation, its high cost and conditional trigger may make it less consistent and therefore may not see much play in competitive decks.
