Catharsis is a Creature fits best in aggressive Boros (red-white) decks that can reliably skew their mana to trigger one of its double-color bonuses, especially token-based or go-wide strategies: spending {W}{W} supports a go-wide Kithkin/token build by adding bodies for anthem effects, while {R}{R} suits an explosive aggro shell that wants a burst of power and haste to close games quickly; its Evoke option also makes it a flexible top-end play that can act as a one-shot finisher.
