About Disguised Operator
Disguised Operator, Minion, designed by Sergey Tsvelykh first released in August 2026 in the set Escape from Violet Hold.
Disguised Operator would mainly fit an aggressive or tempo Rogue deck that wants a very cheap Rush body for immediate board control, while Deathrattle-focused Rogue could potentially exploit its death, but giving the opponent two cards is an enormous drawback unless you deliberately play it on the opponent’s side so that you draw two instead. Even then, the opponent gains a minion that may trade away or provide value, making the effect unreliable; cards such as `Backstab`, `Serrated Bone Spike`, or more efficient one-mana minions generally provide cleaner tempo without handing the opponent card advantage. Unless Disguised Operator has exceptionally strong stats or significant support from its surrounding card pool, it should not see competitive play.
