About Drifting Meadow
Drifting Meadow, Land, designed by Bob Eggleton first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 10 different ways.
Drifting Meadow would be beneficial in a white control deck looking to ramp up white mana sources while also having the flexibility to cycle for card draw when needed. However, there are better options like Secluded Steppe, which enters untapped and has the same cycling ability, making it a more efficient choice for deck consistency. Drifting Meadow could still see play in budget or casual decks where the cycling ability is valued.
Rules
10/01/08
Cycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with cycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.
