Judge Unworthy, Instant, designed by Greg Staples first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Judge Unworthy would be a great addition to a white control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a way to deal with threats on the battlefield while also providing card selection through scrying. However, there are potentially better options such as Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares that offer more efficient removal at a lower cost, making Judge Unworthy less likely to see play in competitive decks.

If the target creature is an illegal target by the time Judge Unworthy tries to resolve, the spell doesn’t resolve. You don’t scry 3 or reveal any card.
