This card could benefit a tempo or stealth rogue deck looking to maintain board presence and surprise the opponent with a variety of 4-cost minions with stealth. However, since the transformation is random, it may not always provide the ideal minion for the situation. Cards like SI:7 Infiltrator or Xaril, Poisoned Mind could be better options for more consistent results, but the Mount Hyjal Imposter could still see play in decks that value versatility and unpredictability.
