Hourglass Attendant could be beneficial in a hand-buff style deck that focuses on building up minions in hand for a big mid to late-game swing. However, other hand-buff cards like Grimestreet Outfitter or Smuggler's Run may be more efficient choices as they provide immediate buffing effects rather than waiting until the end of the turn. Hourglass Attendant's slow buffing effect may not see much play in the current fast-paced meta, but could potentially be used in a more control-oriented deck with a lot of card draw to maximize its effect.
