A deck focused on playing high-cost Undead minions, such as Big Priest or Deathrattle Rogue, would benefit from using Memoriam Manifest in order to resurrect powerful minions that have died. While there may be better resurrection cards like Resurrect or Eternal Servitude that provide more reliable results, Memoriam Manifest's potential for resummoning the highest cost Undead minion could make it situational and interesting to use in certain decks but may not be a staple card for all decks.
