Scorching Ravager would fit best in a midrange or tempo Warrior deck that can consistently activate Dragon synergies, since as a 4‑mana Dragon it likely relies on holding another Dragon to trigger its Herald effect; giving the summoned Ragnaros’s Soldier Rush makes it more board-impacting and better for tempo swings rather than slow control. However, compared to stronger and more consistent 4‑drops like Sword Eater (in formats where available), School Teacher, or Kazakusan-era Dragon payoffs, this card sounds somewhat situational and dependent on the value of “Herald Ragnaros,” which may be too slow or inconsistent for competitive play. Unless the Herald effect is extremely powerful or synergizes with a dedicated Dragon Warrior package, it would probably be fringe at best and not an auto-include over more reliable standalone power cards.
