Blubber Baron would benefit a deck that focuses on playing a lot of Battlecry minions, such as a Shaman or Rogue deck with a heavy Battlecry synergy. While it can potentially grow in power if you have a lot of Battlecry minions in your deck, there are better cards with more impactful effects that might be preferred in competitive decks. However, for a fun and thematic Battlecry-focused deck, Blubber Baron could definitely see play and add an interesting twist to your strategy.
