The Shadow Council card could be beneficial in a Warlock deck focused on Demon synergy, as it can quickly fill your hand with buffed-up Demons for a powerful board presence. However, the randomness of the Demons generated may not always guarantee the best outcome, making it a high-risk, high-reward card. While there may be more consistent and reliable cards for Demon-focused decks, such as Voidcaller or Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Shadow Council could still see play in more casual or fun-oriented decks looking to surprise opponents with a sudden influx of powerful Demons.
