Haywire Hornswog would fit best in an Overload-focused Shaman deck, particularly Overload or Control Shaman builds that consistently bank discounted payoffs by using cards like Lightning Bolt, Lightning Storm, or other Overload generators early and mid game; in such decks, Hornswog can become a very cheap, large Taunt with Elusive, making it difficult to remove with targeted spells and strong at stabilizing against aggressive strategies.
