Path of Arthas is a special card set, when March of the Lich King also launched. This set is made exclusively of death knight cards, allowing them to catch up to the other classes in Standard format at the time of their release.
There are various ways to obtain Path of Arthas cards:
Individual cards in the Path of Arthas set can be obtained by crafting them for regular arcane dust costs.
The entire Path of Arthas set can be obtained by pre-purchasing March of the Lich King's mega bundle while it is available.
