This card, Coroner, would be beneficial in a control or freeze mage deck that focuses on stalling the opponent's board and controlling the game tempo. However, due to its high manathirst cost of 6 for the Silence effect, it may not be the most efficient option compared to other cards like Frost Nova or Blizzard which provide similar freeze effects without the added cost. Coroner may struggle to see play in competitive decks unless the meta shifts to favor heavy control strategies.
