This Corpse Knight card would be a great fit for a deck focused on token generation or creature spam strategies, as it can consistently chip away at your opponent's life total with each new creature entering the battlefield. However, a more powerful alternative could be Blood Artist, which not only drains life from opponents but also gains you life when creatures die. Whether Corpse Knight sees play would depend on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck, but it definitely has potential in the right build.
