This card, Energy Shaper, would be beneficial in a control-oriented Mage deck that focuses on late-game spells and has the ability to generate additional resources. While it can potentially provide a significant power spike by transforming spells into higher-cost ones, its effectiveness may be limited by the randomness of the transformed spells.
