About Heal
Heal, Instant, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
This card, Heal, would be beneficial in a White Weenie or Aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, where protecting your creatures and drawing extra cards can be crucial for maintaining pressure on your opponent. However, there are better options such as Gods Willing, which not only protects a creature from any color of damage but also grants it temporary protection, making it a more versatile choice. While Heal may have situational uses, it may not see much play in competitive decks due to the availability of stronger alternatives like Gods Willing.
Rules
10/01/09
You draw a card at the beginning of the next turn’s upkeep after Heal resolves, regardless of whether 1 damage was actually prevented.
