About Inevitable End
Inevitable End, Enchantment — aura, designed by Josh Hass first released in Dec, 2019 in the set Theros Beyond Death.
A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a Aristocrats or Sacrifice deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from using Inevitable End. However, there are better cards like Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos that provide a similar effect with a broader impact, making them more versatile and powerful in those strategies. Inevitable End may not see as much play due to the availability of stronger options in the same archetype.
Rules
01/24/20
Because Inevitable End grants the ability to the enchanted creature, the triggered ability triggers at the beginning of the upkeep of the controller of the enchanted creature, and that player chooses a creature to sacrifice. They might not sacrifice the enchanted creature right away, but it’s certain that they’ll have to do so eventually.
