About Stormrook

Stormrook, Minion - elemental, designed by Edgar Hidalgo first released in Oct, 2025 in the set Across the Timeways.

Stormrook would be a great addition to a midrange Shaman deck focused on utilizing Nature spells, such as Lightning Bolt or Feral Spirit, as it provides a potential board advantage. However, due to its reliance on the opponent having Nature spells for the effect to trigger, it may not be consistently reliable. A better alternative might be Fire Elemental, which provides immediate value and targeted removal. Stormrook could see play as a fun tech option, but its situational nature may limit its overall effectiveness in competitive matches.
