The Demon Seed card could be beneficial in a control-style Warlock deck that focuses on sustaining damage while controlling the board. However, the Questline requirement of taking 10 damage on your turns may be too costly and slow for competitive play, as it could put the player at a significant disadvantage early on. There may be better cards available that provide similar benefits without the drawback of self-inflicted damage, such as Lifesteal minions or direct damage spells that can be more efficiently utilized in a Warlock deck.
