Tortolla would be best suited for a control warrior deck that focuses on survivability and board control. While its effect of gaining Armor and Attack after taking damage is advantageous, the high cost of hs-10 might make it less efficient compared to other options such as Shieldmaiden, which provides instant Armor gain and a solid body for a lower cost.
