Typhoon would benefit decks that focus on controlling the opponent's Spell/Trap cards or aim to disrupt their strategies. Decks that rely on maintaining board presence by removing opposing Spells/Traps would find this card useful. However, Twin Twisters is a better option for backrow removal, as it can target 2 Spell/Trap cards. Typhoon could be situationally useful in decks that have minimal Spells/Traps to activate its effect, but overall Twin Twisters may be more versatile and should see more play due to its efficiency.
