This card would benefit a control mage deck that focuses on stalling the opponent and controlling the board. While Build a Snowman provides a decent 3/3 body and a Freeze effect, there may be better options like Frostbolt for immediate removal or Water Elemental for a more versatile Freeze effect. However, Build a Snowman could see play in a deck that aims to outlast the opponent and maintain board control through Freeze effects.
