This Dark Arakkoa card would be beneficial in a C'Thun Druid deck, as it provides both Taunt and a buff to C'Thun. However, there are better cards like Twin Emperor Vek'lor that offer more value in a C'Thun deck. While Dark Arakkoa could be a decent inclusion in a budget C'Thun deck, it may not see play in more optimized versions due to stronger alternatives available.
