This Silithid Swarmer card would be beneficial in an aggressive deck that focuses on consistently attacking with the hero each turn to enable the minion to attack. However, there are better options available such as Kor'kron Elite or Arcanite Reaper, which offer more immediate impact and flexibility in gameplay. Due to its conditional nature, Silithid Swarmer may not see much play in competitive decks unless in a very specific strategy that heavily relies on hero attacks.
