Xavius, the Minion - demon card could be beneficial in a tempo-based deck that focuses on playing multiple cards in a turn to flood the board with minions. However, there are better cards with similar effects that offer more value or immediate impact, such as Knife Juggler or Flesheating Ghoul. Xavius may struggle to find a place in competitive decks due to its relatively slow effect and vulnerability to board clears, but could be fun to experiment with in more casual or themed decks.
