A Warlock Control deck that focuses on board control and resource management would benefit from using School Spirits. While there are other board clear options available, such as Hellfire or Twisting Nether, School Spirits can be a good addition for its lower mana cost and the added benefit of shuffling Soul Fragments into your deck for potential healing. Whether or not it should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could be a valuable tool in the right circumstances.
