Altruis the Outcast would be a valuable addition to an aggro or tempo Demon Hunter deck that focuses on playing multiple cards quickly to control the board and pressure the opponent. While Altruis can provide consistent board clear and damage, other cards like Skull of Gul'dan or Kayn Sunfury might offer more immediate impact or synergy with the deck's strategy. However, Altruis can still be a strong choice in the right deck, especially when paired with cards that generate additional cards to trigger its effect multiple times in a turn.
