Fogsail Freebooter would be a great addition to an aggressive weapon-based deck in Hearthstone, such as a Pirate Warrior or Rogue deck. Its Battlecry synergizes well with the theme of these decks, providing immediate value if a weapon is equipped. However, there are better cards like Dread Corsair or Southsea Deckhand that offer more consistent and impactful effects, so Fogsail Freebooter might not see much play in competitive decks unless the meta shifts to favor its specific effect.
