The Observer of Myths card would benefit a deck that focuses on summoning high-Attack minions to trigger its effect consistently. Decks with a lot of high-Attack minions, such as Aggro or Midrange Hunter decks, would benefit the most from this card. However, there are better cards that provide similar effects more reliably, such as Raid Leader or Stormwind Champion, which offer immediate buffs without the condition of having a minion with higher Attack. Therefore, while Observer of Myths has potential in certain decks, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.
