This Water Elemental card would be a great addition to a Mage control deck, as it provides both a solid body on the board and the ability to control the opponent's board by freezing any character damaged by it. While there may be other cards with more immediate impact or higher value, the Water Elemental's consistent ability to disrupt the opponent's strategy makes it a strong choice in certain matchups and should definitely see play in decks focused on board control and tempo.
