This card would be beneficial in a Dragon-themed deck in Hearthstone, as it provides a buff to a Dragon in your hand upon death. However, there are better options available such as Twilight Guardian or Drakonid Operative which offer stronger stats and more immediate impact on the board. Tasty Flyfish may not see much play in competitive decks due to its relatively weak effect compared to other available options.
